The effect of Ken Kesey's "One Flew Over Nest Cuckoo's"is about a battle of wills between Randle McMurphy, a convict who thinks a trip to the state psychiatric hospital will be an easy way to drive from his sentence, and Nurse Ratched , who runs the neighborhood with a quiet smile and an iron fist. But in some ways, the main character Chief growled, the longest independent congregation patient (in the novel and to a lesser extent in the game) serve as the narrator of the story. McMurphy and his relationship with the contrasting fortunes of their bow is the heart of the matter.
