Umami Burger

Umami Burger:It sounds like it is from this rave review in GQ, and it seems that from the picture. Let's face it, it gets harder and harder to find a burger in this country with real flavor. Our taste buds have been silenced by the likes of McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, and everything else.
